Building A West Omaha Office Space
Avant Spaces started with a simple idea: people do their best work when they have the right space and the right people around them. We opened our doors in 2021 in Elkhorn, Nebraska, right in the heart of West Omaha.
From day one, we set out to build more than just an office — we wanted to create a workspace that actually feels like yours. A place where you have a real community of people around you, not just walls and a Wi-Fi password.
Whether you’re a remote worker who needs to get out of the house, a freelancer looking for a professional home base, or a small business ready for your first real office — that’s who we built this for.

What We Offer
We keep it straightforward. Avant Spaces offers private office suites in two sizes — Individual Suites for one person and Executive Suites for small teams of one to two (or more).
Every suite comes fully furnished with 24/7 building access, fiber optic internet, and all the amenities you’d expect from a professional workspace: complimentary coffee, free printing, a bar area, community kitchen, and a conference room with a 65-inch TV for meetings and presentations.
No long-term leases. No hidden fees. Just a space that works so you can focus on the work that matters.

Our Location
Avant Spaces is located at 3403 N 191st Ave in Elkhorn, Nebraska, just off 192nd and West Maple Road. We’re in the West Omaha metro with easy access and plenty of on-site parking. No downtown traffic. No parking garages. Just pull up and get to work.
